Webducate captures AVETMISS required data once the students accepts the emailed link and completes their enrolment and registration. Student data can be exported in a CSV format for manual upload into most student management systems.
Student Management Systems can be also integrated to Webducate so this AVETMISS data can be automated in one simple step.
Stay Compliant
AQTF Support
Registered Training Organisations are required to maintain compliance with the AQTF Standards in addition to meeting the requirements of specific contracts (e.g User Choice).
The Webducate management team understand the importance of AQTF compliance for our members and have included features within the eLearning System to support and enhance each members' ability to maintain compliance and quality in both delivery and reporting mechanisms.
- Manages proceedural documents and business forms for online retrieval
- Allows for each document and form to be catagorised by qualification
- Inherits trainer permissions from LMS to ensure they only access documents associated with courses they delivery
- Provides automated notification to trainers when documents are added or changed
The planned delivery for the full AQTF support system is June 30, 2011. Should any members have ideas for additional features we encourage your to contact us so we can consider these during our upcoming features review.

AVETMISS Data Collection
AQTF
The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is the national set of standards which assures nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) system. The new AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration and the AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial Registration can be downloaded here.
Webducate's functionality supports Training Provider efforts to maintain AQTF compliance.
Training Consistency
Webducate's centralised delivery model helps training providers maintain a consistent and controlled environment that manages the learning process from enrolment to completion. While the quality of instructor-led training can vary dramatically due to the instructors understanding of the material and their student engagement skills, training delivered through Webducate maintains a consistent level of quality by providing a single source for content, presentation, related materials and instruction.
Assessment Archiving
All student assessments and reassessments are stored against the students profile in the training providers archive. These can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF to be saved or printed at any time. |
Course Evaluation Reports
Training providers can receive immediate feedback from their students about the quality and consistency of the course delivered, thus supporting continuous improvement efforts. |
Marking Guides
Trainers view marking guides and compare student responses to these thus minimising discrepancies and offering systematic moderation processes within the system. |
Inbuilt Version Control
Allows multiple versions of any unit to be used simultaneously or sequentially. This means when a training package is updated or content requires amendment, existing students continue on the "superseded" unit until completed and all new students by default are enrolled in the new version unit. |
Built in Moderation Process
The unit creation process allows approved external moderators or industry representatives to access, view and provide feedback to the Author prior to publishing. Once a unit is created simply click the send to moderation button and details austomatically get forwarded to the assigned moderator. |
Complaints & Appeals Handling
Track inputs and communications between trainers, students and administrators to ensure that contractual obligations and AQTF standards have been met. Records are readily accessible for reference in the event that a complaint or appeal is received. |
