Develop Courses with ease on the Webducate LMS
Course Developers use the Webducate Learning Management system to create or upload learning materials for use by their organisation or the entire Webducate community.
If learning materials are made available to the Webducate community, the developer receives royalty payments for each and every student registered to use their material in a model that respects and protects their intellectual property assets. Developers determine the “royalty” they will charge per student and the “supply and demand” system will determine if the expected fee is reasonable.
Royalty Fees are accrued when a Webducate Member - usually a training organisation - selects a developers resource for inclusion in a course. A course may be comprised of several different units from different developers. This enables training organisations to “build” courses based on client needs, quality resources and viable costing. Each time a student enrols in a course, Webducate calculates the Royalty Fees that are due for the resources included and payment is made to the respective developers. Royalty fees continue for the life of the content.
In effect, Webducate offers a distribution channel that is totally free of charge to developers. We do the marketing to both training organisations and students. Royalty payments are centralised and accessible in real time so you will know how many organisations and students are using your learning resources.
